New Female Doctor Who?

Could “Absolutely Fabulous” star Jennifer Saunders really be in talks to play the first female incarnation of The Doctor for a one-time special episode? Looks that way according to The Sun.

I have no doubt that Saunders could be an amazing incarnation of the Doctor, and it’s probably about time we had a woman in the role full time.
